In searching for light components that withstand the stress and strain - which the exterior of an automobile is exposed to – plastic as a material gains more and more importance. The development of new materials is closely connected to additional and enhanced characteristics. From the very beginning on we support our customers with counsel and advice, to provide orientation in the vast range of new materials and their applications.
Here, we benefit from 50 years of experience in developing and producing body elements. We have access to our own material data base to find the optimum raw material. Among others, it contains data and knowledge of various production testing and information provided by compound manufacturers. Based on this know-how, body elements are developed which are not only light-weight but also possess additional attributes. They are impact-resistant, rust-proof and can have a surface which makes lacquering obsolete.
In cooperation with our engineers we work out new concepts that offer completely new solutions. For example, the reduction of individual parts of a component or the development of integrated, additional application possibilities.
