Injection molding production

The use of innovative injection molding technologies and production processes provides the basis for the production of sophisticated plastic systems.
On this basis we realize our motto ”Quality in Plastics” with 250 injection molding machines world wide.
In total, we hold 45,000 square meters of production area in seven countries. Of these, 10,000 square meters are class 100,000 clean room area and aseptic production area under laminar flow. One third of our machinery is exclusively used for the production of high-quality Medical Plastic Systems which occurs mainly under clean room conditions. Furthermore, 25 production lines are available for assembling and packaging these systems.
As a system supplier we see our chief responsibility in fully utilizing innovation potentials on all levels based on in-depth knowledge of the whole process chain.
