This academy opened its doors in 1995 and provides 8 study courses focusing on technology and economy. The four business fields of the Fraunhofer ILT cover a wide range of areas, from the development of new laser and plasma beam sources via the qualification of laser production processes and the realization of innovative laser systems up to the usage of modern laser measurement and testing technologies in new application fields.
